At Graphic and Design, we provide high-quality graphic design services, delivered digitally via email, cloud storage links, or through our client portal. As our services are creative and customized, there is no physical shipping involved.
Digital Delivery
- All design deliverables are sent electronically to the email address provided during the project discussion or purchase process.
- File formats may include JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, or other formats depending on the service selected.
- Typical delivery methods include Google Drive, Dropbox links, or direct email attachments.
Delivery Timelines
- The turnaround time for each service varies based on the complexity of the project.
- Estimated timelines are shared at the start of the project or mentioned on the service description page.
- Most standard design services are delivered within 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise communicated.
Urgent Requests
- We do offer expedited delivery for select services. Please contact us at jaingarimamahnot@gmail.com for availability and express delivery charges (if applicable).
Delivery Confirmation
- Once your design is completed and approved, final files are delivered via your chosen method.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon delivery.
Non-Delivery Situations
- If you do not receive your design within the promised timeline, please check your spam/junk folder first.
- If there is still an issue, email us at jaingarimamahnot@gmail.com with your order or project reference.
Shipping Not Applicable
- As all services are digital, no physical goods are shipped.
- There are no courier, shipping, or delivery charges involved.
