1. No Refunds
All payments made to GRAPHIC AND DESIGN for our design services are non-refundable. Once a project is confirmed and payment is processed, it is considered final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Project cancellation by the client
- Dissatisfaction with a design after final approval
- Miscommunication or incomplete information provided by the client
We encourage clear and detailed communication to ensure your vision is well understood from the beginning.
2. No Returns
As our services are delivered digitally and customized for each client, there are no physical goods to return. All services are considered final and non-returnable once delivered.
3. Project Revisions
While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do value your satisfaction. Our service packages may include a set number of revisions, depending on the agreed scope. Any requests beyond the included revisions may be subject to additional charges.
To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we recommend:
- Providing clear instructions and expectations at the start of the project
- Timely feedback during revision stages
- Reviewing deliverables thoroughly before giving final approval
4. Exceptions
In rare cases of technical errors on our part (e.g., file corruption, non-delivery due to system failure), we will work with you to rectify the issue. However, this does not constitute eligibility for a refund.
